Get someone on the roof
Tell us what the roof is doing and which town you are in. Active leaks and storm damage go to the front, and somebody answers at any hour.
By phone, any hour
Answered day and night, right through storm season. Have these ready and the call takes two minutes: whether water is coming in right now, roughly how old the roof is, shingle or metal, where the stain shows inside, whether a claim is already open, and which town you are in. If a storm has just been through, say which one — the date matters for the claim.
By form
The form reaches the same place. Use it for anything that is not urgent: a replacement quote, an inspection before buying a house, a second opinion on somebody else's estimate, a FORTIFIED enquiry. If water is actively entering the building, ring instead. It is faster and it gets a tarp moving.
By email
hello@gulfportroofandstorm.com for written estimates, claim documentation, landlord and agent authorisations, and anything that needs a paper trail. Attach photographs if you have them — a shot of the stain inside, one of the roof from the ground, and one of the gutter outlet showing granule accumulation answer most of what we would otherwise have to ask.
What happens next
You get a callback to arrange a time. Somebody walks every slope, checks the attic from underneath, photographs the lot, and then gives you the figure. You approve it or you do not. For a replacement the estimate is written and holds for thirty days, which is long enough to compare it properly against another one.
After a named storm
Be prepared for honest answers about timing. When a system crosses the whole coast, every roofer from Waveland to Pascagoula is booked within hours. We prioritise by severity — water in a living space ahead of a missing ridge cap — and we would rather tell you Thursday and mean it than promise tomorrow.
Where we come to
Gulfport, Biloxi, Long Beach, Pass Christian, D'Iberville, Ocean Springs, Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, Waveland and Gautier. Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties. Full detail on the service area page.
A note on what we are
We work from trucks and ladders. There is no showroom and no counter to walk into — a roof has to be looked at where it is. Post reaches us by email rather than at a trade address.
