1. Application. These clauses govern your use of this site and any booking arranged through it. Submitting the form or using the site constitutes acceptance.
2. Our role. Gulfport Roof & Storm operates a booking and dispatch service. The roofing is carried out by independent contractors trading under their own registration and their own insurance, and the contract for the physical work is between you and that contractor. The arrangement is described at referral marketing disclosure.
3. Published figures. Prices on this site are 2026 ranges for Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties, published to assist budgeting. They are not offers. A binding figure is issued after the roof has been inspected, itemised into materials and labour, and requires your agreement before work begins.
4. No quotation without inspection. No figure is issued from the ground, from a satellite image or over the telephone. Where access prevents a roof being walked safely, that is stated and an alternative method is agreed with you.
5. Variation. Where a tear-off reveals decking or structure beyond the agreed scope, work pauses and a revised figure is issued for your approval. Replacement decking is quoted at a stated price per sheet in advance, and charged as used.
6. Estimates. Written estimates for replacement work remain valid for thirty days from issue. Beyond that, material prices are rechecked and the figure may be reissued.
7. Emergency work. Tarping and emergency attendance are quoted and invoiced separately from any repair that follows, so that approving one does not commit you to the other.
8. Permits. Gulfport requires a permit on every re-roofing project, with repairs of one square or less treated as maintenance. Where a permit applies it is pulled before work starts, and the associated inspections are scheduled. Permit costs appear as their own line in any quotation.
9. Service area. Coverage is limited to Harrison, Hancock and Jackson counties in Mississippi. Enquiries from outside that area are declined at the point of contact rather than accepted and subcontracted.
10. Licensing. Mississippi requires a State Board of Contractors licence for residential roofing above $10,000 and commercial contracts above $50,000. Nothing on this site asserts a licence held by anyone, and you are entitled to request the attending contractor's licence number and insurance certificate before work begins.
11. Insurance claims. We document damage and supply an itemised scope. We do not act as public adjusters, do not negotiate claims, and under no circumstances absorb, rebate or discount a deductible. Coverage decisions rest with your carrier.
12. Site content. Descriptions, price ranges and guidance published here are general and do not constitute an inspection of your roof. See disclaimer.
13. Intellectual property. The text, structure and photographs on this site belong to Gulfport Roof & Storm. Reproduction beyond ordinary personal reference is not permitted.
14. Information you provide. Scheduling depends on the address and description you supply. Where those are inaccurate and an attendance is wasted, the call-out charge stands.
15. Complaints. The procedure and its timeframes are at complaints. Nothing there restricts a right you hold under your agreement with the contractor or under Mississippi law.
16. Amendment. These clauses may be revised. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your booking.
17. Governing law. Mississippi law applies.
